Delivery and returns

We have decided not to offer free shipping but rather to offer you the most competitive prices. Unlike our competitors who include the price of delivery in their margins and then make you believe that delivery is free.
With us, you pay the cheapest possible price for the products and then pay the fairest delivery for your order.

All packages are shipped within 24h to 48h after final payment. Our delivery fees include package, handling and shipping fees. We kindly suggest that you combine your orders as we won't be able to do it after order confirmation.

If you want to return one of your products, please contact us as soon as possible BEFORE you return it. You will need to get a return number from us before shipping back your package.
